  1. Hi,

My name is Anirban Dasgupta from Bangalore. This is a complaint regarding Reliance Wimax connection refund amount not received since the last 3+ years. On 7/2/2008, i paid a cheque of Rs 562 (cheque number 730466) for Wimax Connection in Bangalore. The cheque was paid to a reliance sales executive who came to my office to collect the4 same including id and address proof. The acknowledgement number is :
“13000010601875”. When the installation guys came to set up the antenna, they observed there was no signal in my area for the conenction in MSR Nagar. So they told me to apply for a refund. I told the sales executive who who took my application. After 3 months i got back a cheque but with wrong name, i returned the same but after that I have been following up with this with Reliance for the last 3.5 years but still no refund of the amount of Rs 562. I followed up with a guy called Arun in the Reliance bangalore back office for 1 year but then came to know he has left the job. Now i came to know that Wimax has stopped in bangalore and reliance has taken the installation amount from many customer like me and run away. Can you help me to get a refund of the same.

Else i have no alternative other than to go to consumer court against reliance communications.

    Thanks,
    Anirban Dasgupta
