Bharti Airtel Ltd, has launched instant SongCatcher for Airtel customers. What is SongCatcher ? SongCatcher lets you download a song from Airtel if it is available in their database. Currently Airtel has 25,000 songs in their database.
How SongCatcher works ? Say, you are listening to a song being played on FM radio and you would like to download the song – All you will have to do is, just dial a number and hold your phone within 1 meter of the device playing the song. SongCatcher uses voice recognition technology powered by SK & CC of South Korea and identifies the song and will let you download it to your mobile phone.
